Many measures are being taken across Europe to prevent the further spread of the Corona virus (COVID-19). Trailned has also recently implemented the necessary protocols to protect our customers and employees. Below you will find a number of important issues. Delivery of new trailers:
You can pick up your new Knapen trailer, tipper or belt trailer in Deurne by appointment. We have drawn up guidelines which you will receive from us prior to delivery. If you have any questions about this, please contact the delivery team.
Pick-up or return rental trailers:
You can pick up or return your rental trailer in Deurne by appointment. We have drawn up guidelines which you will receive from us prior to your visit to our site. If you have any questions about this, please contact the rental team.
Pick-up or return used trailers:
You can pick up or return your used trailer in Deurne by appointment. We have drawn up guidelines which you will receive from us prior to your visit to our site. If you have any questions about this, please contact the team of used trailers.
The Service workshop is open for maintenance, repairs and breakdowns. Upon arrival you will be asked to follow our hygiene protocol.
Spare Parts can of course be ordered and are preferably sent by delivery service. Picking up Spare Parts is possible after consultation, we ask you to first contact us by phone to make an appointment. Upon arrival you will be asked to follow our hygiene protocol.
Suppliers can deliver goods and are asked to follow our protocol.
At the moment we ask customers to contact us by phone. We postpone customer visits for the time being.
